Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and sanitary purposes All of minimiuki products are non-return and non-exchange. If you have any questions, concerning your order before and/or after purchasing, please shoot us an email at minimiuki@gmail.com

Defective items

Claims for defective items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email minimiuki@gmail.com with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the defective merchandise. Once we confirm that the item is truly defective, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or refund, depending on inventory.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled Monday through Friday (except holidays), and within 24 hours of submission. Please email minimiuki@gmail.com with your order number if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order has likely already been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be canceled, only returned.

Missing/Lost Packages, Damaged/Stolen Items

We are not responsible for packages once in the possession of the postal carrier. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items, please contact USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information of events we will try our best to further assist in this matter. After the package has been dropped off for shipping, we are only able to track your package.

We understand there are always exceptions. If the order placed has not been shipped, you may cancel or alter your order by contacting us ASAP at minimiuki@gmail.com
